There is no fee directly payable to Select10 from our clilents.
We conduct an independant assessment of your home's value and advise the best method of sale. We will interview 2-3 of the best suited real estate agenst to sell your home.
We will negotiate the agent's commission, sales strategy and advertising on your behalf. Working with the agent throughout the process, reviewing interest, offers and providing advice.
On the day of the auction or private sale, we will assist in handling negotiations and provide strategic sales advice.
